Roasted Pork Loin

One of my favorite Sunday Dinners is Roasted Pork Loin. Pork Loin is so easy to make and when on sale is very reasonably priced. I use Greek Seasoning, salt and pepper, but you can use garlic salt if you don't have any Greek Seasoning.

Pork Loin goes a long way when feeding a crowd my size and there is usually leftovers or enough to invite company.

This really is a fool proof way to make a pork loin roast as long as you don't over bake it.

Make some rice or mashed potatoes and a green vegetable and you have yourself a great family supper.

Roasted Pork Loin

3 or 4 lb pork loin roast
Greek Seasoning or Garlic Salt
Salt
Pepper

Sprinkle roast on all side with Greek Seasoning/Garlic Salt, Salt and Pepper. Place roast on rack, inside roasting pan. Bake on 250 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes when you take it our of oven. Slice and Serve.

On Sunday's I will put the roast in the oven and allow to cook while we are at church.
